The Product Range

From the company’s 40,000 sq ft premises, KEB Fabrications supplies both small and large volumes of advanced easy-to-install PVC-U windows and doors using the innovative Profile 22 system. KEB fabrications uses Profile 22 products because they provide an integrated system featuring an extensive selection of windows, doors, hardware compatibility and complementary accessories in a variety of styles and finishes.

The system also boasts an integral pre-applied gasket system, Bubblex®, which means that frames can be glazed quickly and efficiently as the seal is welded into position. This greatly improves weathering performance and security, whilst the lowline appearance maximises visual glass area and minimises seal sightlines for a more aesthetic appearance.

Importantly Profile 22 and KEB Fabrications work closely together to ensure all products are intensively tested by independent agencies to ensure compliance to the latest industry standards, British Standards, Secured by Design and Building Regulations. The company’s Document L compliant windows boast a u-value of 1.8 W/m2K without the need for argon fill when fitted with standard low emissivity glass, for optimum energy efficiency.

KEB Fabrications also offers a comprehensive range of British Standard approved composite and PVC-U doors. All doors comply with PAS 23/24 performance requirements.
